Blackberry Crumble
Prep: 10 min. Cooking time: 30~45 min.
Ingredients:
150 g flour 125 g sugar
125 g sugar butter ( preferably straight from the fridge and cold)
About 300 g blackberries
2 Bramley apples (peeled, cored, diced)
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix sugar and flour. Cut the butter in pieces. Roll the 3 ingredients between your hands until you get a crumbly dough.
2. Put the blackberries in an oven proof buttered shallow dish. Sprinkle with sugar, mix them with the apples and cover the crumbly dough.
3. Put a warm oven (Mark7, 200dgrees C) and bake for 30 to 45 min. depennding on your oven, or until the top is brown and slightly bubbly.
4. Serve warm on its own or alternatively with plain yoghurt or vanilla ice-cream and enjoy!
